How I work:

 

My packages are designed to deliver changes that last with a bespoke nutritional protocol that nourishes your body to help you achieve your goals, taking into consideration your lifestyle, erratic flight schedules and likes and dislikes.
All packages start with the completion of my online medical questionnaire, and a 7 day diet diary which you will complete weekly. You will have an app to download onto your phone, which allows you to keep in touch and access your protocol at any time making everything easy for people who are constantly on the go.

Ongoing weekly support helps you to feel motivated and inspired to stay on-track – no matter what life throws at you.

There is no set amount of time to start to see improvements in your health as each of us responds differently and results depend on the individual. Results are based on how long you have been living with your condition, your individual biochemistry, and your lifestyle habits amongst other factors. What I can guarantee, is, that I am fully committed to helping you achieve your goals and help you to stay on track throughout your health transformation.

I can work with you regardless of where you are in the world. My consultations are on a one-to-one basis on-line, or over the phone and are completely confidential. If you are in London, New York, or Singapore it really doesn’t matter, as having my clinic on-line allows me to help you wherever you are.

So many crew are living with health conditions such as IBS, anxiety, depression, weight issues, autoimmune diseases and many chronic conditions that sadly they have not got to the root cause of with conventional medicine. Trying to find a health practitioner to listen, explain what is happening and look at solutions for long term health can be difficult as symptom suppression with medication and temporary fixes are all too often prescribed instead of identifying the triggers and drivers for symptoms.

A nutritional therapist works by firstly looking at your whole health history, taking their time to understand all areas of your life to pin-point which systems of your body are being affected and what the root cause may be. A nutritional therapist is educated in anatomy, physiology & pathology, pharmacology, biomedicine, functional medicine, biochemistry nutrition and naturopathy which means we understand how your body works inside and out. I identify the triggers and drivers of your symptoms and create a plan which will help you to get your health back on track. Good nutrition is not difficult to achieve. I educate you in making the right choices in how to use food as medicine so that you can to take back control of your health and feel great again.

The Short Haul Package: 6-week package £455.00

 

This package is perfect for those clients who already have a healthy diet and lifestyle but would like to work towards a short-term goal. An upcoming wedding,  holiday, or maybe you’re just looking for a “kick start” to change bad habits and get you back on-track.

The duration of this package is 6-weeks

The Mid-Range Package: 12-week package £845.00

 

This package is designed for those who have a little further to travel to reach their health goals, who may need extra encouragement and support to achieve change or have more complex health concerns.

The duration of this package is 3-months (12-sessions)

This package is for clients who understand that there are bigger changes to make over a longer period of time and are ready to invest in their health and wellness to get back to feeling their best.

The duration of this package is 6-months (24-sessions)

Diet Diary Analysis and 7-day Meal Plan: 60 minutes £130

 

This one-off consultation is ideal for those who are looking to make improvements to their diet through small dietary changes. It is designed to help you to rebalance your diet by providing tips and strategies to support your health goals.

You will be required to complete a 7-day food diary and a short questionnaire so that I know your health goals and the foods you like and dislike.

Once I have reviewed your diet, feedback will be within a 60-minute phone call. You will also receive a downloadable, personalised 7-day meal plan which will include delicious recipes and a shopping list to help your get going.

*My fees reflect the time I spend, often behind the scenes, necessary to prepare for your consultations, review your medical history and food diary, researching the latest evidence, writing up your nutritional protocol and any conventional/functional test results interpretation that needs to be done.
