I love that I can use my experience as crew and my knowledge of nutrition and naturopathy to arm you with the right tools to ensure your body is getting what it needs to have a balanced lifestyle, allowing you to live your life to the full”

My Approach

Embarking on a journey to better health is a step-by-step process, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Here’s how we will work together:

Step 1:

Fill out a detailed health questionnaire and food diary.

Step 2:

Complete any recommended functional testing (optional)

Step 3:

I will present your plan and talk through any test results

STEP 4:

We will check in with weekly sessions to work towards the best health outcomes
